This position will support Fever Originals' team. Your role will be to help the project manager with her daily tasks. This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at an early, high-growth stage and have ownership in creating new experiences. This role **requires flexibility, creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines while staying within budget**. **YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES** - Manage all aspects of Candlelight concerts' production, including pre-production logistics planning, vendor selection, staff planning, hiring, onsite execution, as well as post-event wrap-up - Create production timelines and ensure that teams are keeping to schedule - Communicate and collaborate with Project Managers and on-site teams to drive alignment and execution of concerts - Optimize production costs and processes whenever possible - Secure proper event permits and meet insurance requirements - Handle administrative duties including expense reports, invoicing, and working with the legal department on contracts - Domestic and international travel and work across time zones may be required **REQUIREMENTS** - Advance/Native-level English and German. - Preferably having already an experience in the event production industry - Ability to manage multiple projects at any given time and pull together multiple aspects of a project in an organized and efficient way - Understanding of technical production requirements - Huge appetite for learning and the ability to pick up new skills quickly - You'll be solution-focused, identifying problem areas and then try to find solutions - Have strong communication skills and a proven track record of building positive working relationships - Able to communicate with partners, brands, agencies, and talent on efforts - Collaborative and willing to "get hands dirty" You're about to graduate and have strong analytical and communication skills.
