**Job Description Summary - What We'd Love You To Do (And Love Doing)**

Support the **Beauty Operations Team** by taking charge of essential operational and administrative functions, notably including the accurate placement of purchase orders in our systems. Manage the intricacies of daily, weekly, and monthly delivery schedules in close collaboration with our beauty suppliers' supply chain management.
- Maintain the integrity of product master data within our merchandise management system, with a primary focus on entering all order-related details into our system, such as EAN-Matching and Supplier Data, ensuring that our beauty product orders meet high-quality standards.
- Act as the primary liaison for our international beauty suppliers, handling all operational inquiries and supporting the establishment and upkeep of contractual agreements. Maintain open lines of communication to secure consistent product availability and coordinate returns efficiently between our beauty suppliers and warehouses.
- Proactively seek out innovative solutions to enhance and optimise our pre-season and in-season processes, contributing to greater efficiency and effectiveness.

**Additional Job Description**

The** Beauty Operations Team**, a highly specialised unit, is dedicated to executing processes with precision, from order entry to invoice clarification. Within this team, you will specialise in the end-to-end purchase-to-pay process. Your responsibilities encompass the entire journey, from order creation to ensuring timely deliveries and comprehensive product information for online presentation. Daily interactions will involve engaging with a range of external and internal stakeholders, including beauty brands, buying and planning departments, accounting, transportation, and warehouse operations teams. This role offers a unique opportunity to build a broad expertise in supply chain management within the dynamic e-commerce beauty industry.
