Als Berliner Personalberatungsboutique suchen wir im Auftrag unseres Mandanten, einem Projektbauträger im Herzen Berlins, nach der passenden Persönlichkeit für die Position des Head of Finance mit SP Accounting (gn) Aufgaben - Verantwortung für den gesamten Finanzbereich - Führung des 6-köpfigen Team im Accounting und Controlling - Erstellung der Jahresabschlüsse und des Reportings der Gruppe - Vertragsmanagement (Prüfung, Freigabe und Verwaltung von Verträgen) - Steuerung und Optimierung der kaufmännischen Prozesse und des finanziellen Erfolgs der Artprojekt in enger Abstimmung mit der Geschäftsführung und den Gesellschaftern - Budget - und Liquiditätsplanung inkl. der Forecasts in Verbindung mit dem Controlling-Team - Ansprechpartner für Steuerberater, Wirtschaftsprüfer und zu sonstigen externen Dienstleistern Qualifikation - Ein abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder einen vergleichbaren Studiengang - Mind. 3-7 Jahre relevante Berufs - und Führungserfahrungen in mittelständischen Unternehmen - Sicherer Umgang mit Abschlüssen nach HGB und dem Intercompany Management wie z. B.
