**Financial Lead for Future Business (M/F/d)**:
Our Finance team ensures that every part of our billion pound business is financially viable. Smart and innovative, their ambitious financial planning and management influences important decisions and keeps our business running smoothly.

As a **Financial Lead for Future Business **you will support the business and budget planning process. Also, you will monitor the budget advancement and propose corrective actions. You will handle the day to day collaboration and cooperation with external partners ensuring a positive experience with the brand and you will supervise the performance of financial analysis and communicate the implemented process, policies and systems.

**_We want you to:_**:

- Participate in developing new business structure and identify financial implications in terms of profitability, accounting treatments, and IT processes
- Develop financial implementation plans (eg. new required processes and IT systems) for new businesses
- Communicate with business owner/operations department and other sections of Finance (Accounting, Treasury, Tax) to identify potential issues of new/future business
- Develop preliminary planning/review processes and standardize them for potential acquisitions/mergers within the RHQ
- Perform valuations and financial due diligence for the HQ’s acquisition projects
- Prepare/evaluate company valuations (eg. DCF) and financial models; perform financial analyses (cash flows, quality of earnings, net debt, working capital)
- Plan and implement post business integration after acquisitions including gap analysis while communicating with Finance functions of HQ and subsidiaries

**You will also need to have**:

- University degree in business, mathematics, finance or engineering
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in valuation, financial due diligence, finance or accounting field in professional service firms, private equity industry or other industries
- Experience in the professional services or consulting industry is an advantage
- A solid understanding of accounting especially for due diligence
- Strong Excel skills for financial modeling and valuation
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- High level of understanding for multiple GAAPs/regulations (generally accepted accounting principle) is an advantage
- Fluency in English
