**Quality Specialist (m/w/d) Chassis & Testlab**:

In addition to research and development of high-tech products for passenger cars, MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is responsible for the whole aftersales business of genuine parts and accessories for Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors in Europe.

- Infer customer complaints through product understanding from the vehicle development stage.
- Quick response through years of field problem experience
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills
- Knowledge of cars and parts and ability to identify parts causing the problem
- Proficient with MS Office with Excel and Power-point skills
- Sharing ideas in the quality sector at the parts development stage with the R&D center
- When developing new technology & new products, quality issue are verified in Europe condition
- Fluent English & Germany skills, Korean language is a plus

**Your tasks**:

- Forecast Regular field claim data analysis and identify the need of improvement and initially prepare the required steps of improvements or existing one confirmation
- Investigate Investigate in cooperation with customer direct on vehicles in EU and confirm the symptom, all kind of occuring condition and around the part, system, vehicle, enviroment and customer's behavior
- Manage Manage the recovery of required quantity of claim parts to initially start the improvement process in time to achieve earliest final improvement; optimze the process for our responsible part and process
- Measure First analsis of claim part in our lab and identify exact point of root to prevent double or unneccessary work on HQ side and HQ continue real needed 2nd analysis and improvement step
- Review Understand the detail of the improvement and confirm the efficiency by active evaluation and optionally reoccurence rate in the field by proper data analysis
- Compare Annual benchmark competitor's part and system and compare all the specification, function, etc. and compare with our's part system to improve or count our part and system
- Develop Support internal development of european investigation and analysis method and process independent of HQ and keep improving for optimized cowork with HQ Quality Assurance work
- Negotiate Train and support our european supplier in technical and quality way and also negotiate change request in intern acceptable method
- Report Cowork and report regulary to our Mobis internal team, department, plants and HQ but also to all our customer Hyundai Kia Genesis and suppliers
- Correspond providing technical and security support to Test Lab visitors, managing test equipment calibration, and offering flexible assistance across various activities for OE, other teams, and departments, utilizing required or new technical and management skills in alignment with the requester's methods and processes
