To strengthen our Marketing Department at our Munich Head Office, we are looking temporary for two years for a

Senior Marketing Specialist (M/F/d)

Tasks & Responsibilities
- Implementation of and supporting our regions with operational and strategic MARCOM services
- Develop, design, implement and evaluate social media measures (LinkedIn), action plans and create engaging content
- Conception and design of print media from draft to final artwork (brochures, flyers, technical data sheets, advertisements, trade fair displays) with Adobe Creative Suite
- Manage external service providers (graphic designers, advertising agencies, monitoring services) and budget control
- Content maintenance for the new website, experience with TYPO3 and Jira is a plus and continuous improvement of our online content in regards of SEO
- Work closely with the respective local teams within DSI to ensure a consistent look and tone of voice
- Editing of technical articles, Newsletters, and case studies in English and German
- Update and maintain websites and content (TYPO3), coordinate the timely implementation with external agencies as project manager
- Support and execution of trade fairs and specialist congresses
- Conception and creation of presentations
- Creation and conception of marketing campaigns for new global products in coordination with relevant departments

**Requirements**:

- Completed studies in marketing/communications/graphic design, in Anglistics, or similar qualification
- Profound work experience in related MARCOM areas
- Good knowledge of MS Office, Adobe Creative Cloud, and website CMS tools
- Comprehensive knowledge of any social media scheduling tool (e.g. Falcon)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High online affinity and good writing skills for online (website, social media) and print (magazines content)
- Excellent English and very good German language skills, any additional language is a plus
- Proactive personality, hands on mentality and self-starter, great willingness to learn
- Ability to push projects quickly and efficiently
