Our Corporate Office on the beautiful island of Malta, bundles together with the teams in Munich, all front office, marketing and revenue activities outsourced from the hotels.

The central Group Desk department is responsible for group enquiries and bookings and their smooth processing.

- handle group inquiries from all our Ruby Hotels
- create tailored group offers and contracts
- take charge of managing and monitoring group processes in close collaboration with the teams on-site
- act as the direct point of contact for partner companies and agencies
- prepare invoices and manage accounts receivable

**We've been waiting for you, since you have/are**:

- professional training or completed studies in the field of hotel management
- already gained initial experience in a comparable position at the front office or in group reservations
- a warm and welcoming personality with excellent communication skills
- a proactive mindset and you love taking the initiative to get things done
- think analytically, act methodically, and demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility and quality awareness
- well-versed in the MS Office universe and have worked with several reservation systems
- fluent in both German and English, both spoken and written
