Iberdrola Deutschland is committed to driving the energy transition through innovation, sustainability, and safety. To support our Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) team, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Working Student who is passionate about creating a safer and more sustainable workplace.

Your Responsibilities
- Assisting in the creation, review, and updating of HSE documentation (e.g. risk assessments, safety instructions, SOPs)
- Supporting the coordination and follow-up of internal and external HSE audits and inspections
- Helping to prepare and analyze incident and near-miss reports
- Contributing to HSE training initiatives and awareness campaigns
- Conducting research on relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices
- Participating in data collection, tracking, and reporting (e.g. accident statistics, environmental KPIs)
- Assisting in the organization of safety drills and events
- Supporting the continuous improvement of our HSE management system
- Providing general administrative support to the HSE Manager

Your Profile
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Sciences, Law, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong interest in health, safety, and environmental topics
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Reliable, structured, and proactive approach to work
- Good communication skills in English; German is a plus
