As a Sales Coordinator, you will be required to support the entire data collection of the sales and service process for our robotic systems in Germany.

Starting with the creation of quotations for medical supply stores, the transmission of the various required documents to workshops/Medical supply stores, the processing of orders with our various suppliers, the processing of sales orders and the documents for invoicing to the finance department. You will also be responsible for inventory and logistics (shipping & handling).

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Data entry, validation and implementation as part of our sales process. For example, creating quotations, orders, delivery information in collaboration with the respective sales representative for each region.
- Organizing, maintaining, updating and coordinating documents related to quotations, orders and deliveries and placing them in the right place or forwarding the information to the appropriate team.
- Support the finance department (coordinate invoicing, create purchase orders, accounts receivable, etc.).
- Responsible for logistics.
- Support the customer service team in the logistics of technical requests
- Assist head office in forecasting for sales/support and product procurement.
- Collaborate with Marketing Manager on marketing needs, such as material and event requests.
- Serve as a front line contact to present a positive and professional image of the company to all users, customers, partners and vendors.
- Intermediate school leaving certificate with training in the commercial or administrative field (M/F/d).
- 2 to 5 years of experience in the respective skilled occupation.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Organizational talent, resourcefulness, adaptability.
- Independent and solution-oriented work as a basis is required.
- Openness and curiosity for the different systems to be used.
- Easy adaptability to a fast-paced work environment.
- Ability to work under pressure within the scope of the tasks.
- Very good knowledge of German and English, knowledge of French an advantage.

**Salary**: From 2,000.00€ per month
