Purchasing Specialist (f/m/d)
Full-time, 40 hours
Aufgaben
**Tasks**:

- Building sustainable and long-term business relationships with international and regional suppliers
- Developing new procurement strategies and new sources of raw materials
- Working with internal stakeholders to approve new suppliers and raw material related documents
- Monitoring stock levels and ordering supplies
- Monitoring the timely delivery of raw and packaging materials
- Supporting internal departments with their requests
- Working with CRM and updating the supplier database
- Supporting the improvement of purchasing processes and strategies
- Working with internal quality management to evaluate suppliers
- Identifying and exploiting opportunities to reduce purchase prices
- Analyzing purchasing trends and market conditions

Qualifikation
**Required qualifications**:

- Completed training or degree in the field of supply chain management, purchasing.
- Proven professional experience in the purchasing/procurement department
- Experience with sourcing and supplier management
- Ability to prioritize, organize, focus on and complete work
- Ability to collect and analyze data and work with numbers
- Strong judgment and decision-making skills
- Teamwork and multitasking
- Proactiveness and reliability
- Very good knowledge (C1) of German and English
