Your sunny outlook:

- Optimizing trading and developing profitable strategies within the German Day-ahead-, Intraday
- and Ancillary Services Markets for power with full PnL responsibility
- Developing of algo-trading strategies together with our technology partners
- Integration of Encavis BESS assets into trading strategies
- Responsible for expanding the power trading business to further Encavis core markets, such as Italy and Spain
- Responsible for leading our short-term trading Team, including trainings and education of junior traders and analysts
- Development of a data strategy for short term trading and dispatch
- Evaluating and improving the trading infrastructure landscape

We'll get wind of that soon:

- You have at least 3 years of professional experience with short-term trading in Germany, Italy or Spain
- You bring an entrepreneurial mindset and a high level of identification with renewable energies
- You are a strategic thinker who identifies trends in the markets, analyses data, and excels in developing trading strategies
- You have experience in rolling out or further development of trading infrastructure and the underlying IT-backbone
- You have a growth mindset, take ownership of projects, and value collaboration with team members and stakeholders to achieve common goals
- Excellent communication skills in German and English that enable you to successfully operate in an international environment complete your profile
