Wir suchen als Personalberatung für eine Agentur in Berlin einen Creative Director Art (w/m/d). In dieser Agentur findest du gesellschaftsrelevante Themen und Kunden, ein fröhliches 30-köpfiges Team, zwei nette Chef*innen und interessante Projekte. Du arbeitest gerne hands-on, magst die Arbeit im Detail und arbeitest konsequent an der Weiterentwicklung deines Teams.

**Die Stelle**:

- Du übernimmst die fachliche und personelle Führung des Kreativteams in Kooperation mit dem Creative Director Text & Konzeption
- Du stellst die Motivation und Weiterentwicklung des Teams durch Inspiration und eine klare Vision sicher
- Du entwickelst und kreierst durchdachte und überzeugende Kommunikationsstrategien für alle Kanäle
- Du gestaltest die Unternehmenskultur als Teil des Führungsteams aktiv mit

**Qualifikation**:

- Du kennst Dich aus mit der Entwicklung von Kommunikationsstrategien und findest kreative Konzepte für integrierte Kampagnen
- Du findest, digital ist normal
- Du besitzt ein großes, eigenes Interesse an gesellschaftlichen und fachspezifischen Themen und Trends
- Du besitzt Erfahrung in der Führung eines Teams in Bezug auf Kapazitäten und Fertigkeiten
- Du hast einen sicheren und gewinnenden Auftritt vor Kunden
- Du verfügst über eine sehr gute Selbstorganisation
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und gern auch Englisch
- Du hast Lust an der Mitgestaltung von Prozessen und internem Wissenstransfer

Diese Position ist in Vollzeit, Festanstellung mit Ortsanbindung zu besetzen.
