**Die Stelle**
Werden Sie Teil unseres engagierten Teams in der Abteilung PDB (Pharmaceutical Development Biologicals). Als Specialist Project Planner (m/w/d) übernehmen Sie eine zentrale Rolle in der Ressourcen
- und Kapazitätsplanung für unsere Entwicklungsprojekte im Bereich NBE (New Biological Entities). Sie arbeiten in einer Schnittstellenfunktion mit internen und externen Partnern zusammen und tragen maßgeblich zu strategischen Entscheidungen bei.

**Aufgaben und Zuständigkeiten**
- In Ihrer neuen Rolle planen Sie in Abstimmung mit dem Drug-Product-Team alle Arbeitspakete & Ressourcen für Entwicklungsprojekte der Abteilung Pharmaceutical Development Biologicals (PDB) - dies beinhaltet unter anderem die Detailplanung und die Überwachung der Arbeitspakete in Hinblick auf Ressourcen, Kapazität und Kosten.
- Sie stellen alle notwendigen Informationen Ihren Stakeholdern fristgerecht zur Verfügung und beraten Ihre Ansprechpartner kompetent bei allen Anfragen zur Detailplanung.
- Weiterhin arbeiten Sie bei der Anpassung von Templates in den Planungstools mit und bringen dabei die abteilungsspezifische Sicht mit ein.
- Durch Ihre Expertise sind Sie Ansprechpartner und interne Schnittstelle für die Projektplanung. Dabei sind Sie im engen Austausch mit verschiedenen Abteilungen wie R&D Projektmanagement oder Controlling.
- In Zusammenarbeit mit den relevanten Schnittstellen entwickeln und optimieren Sie Workflows, Systeme und organisatorische Prozesse.Darüber hinaus übernehmen Sie eigenverantwortlich die Koordination der Zeiterfassung und Zeitauswertung, welche die Grundlage für die Planung unserer Arbeitspakete ist.

**Anforderungen**
- Abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium im Bereich Business Administration, Biotechnologie oder Pharmazie mit Erfahrung in der Projektplanung. Alternativ eine entsprechend abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung in der Business Administration
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse mit einer Projekt-Management-Software wie z.B. Planisware/FoCUS
- Fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse in den MS-Office Programmen (z.B. Excel, etc.)
- Selbstständiges, sorgfältiges und strukturiertes Arbeiten
- Sehr gute Kommunikations
- und TeamfähigkeitSehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
