**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Managing our social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, homepage, etc.)
- Brainstorming, creating and sharing individual content
- Support & strategic optimisation of our recruiting processes (e.g. LinkedIn Active Sourcing, job portals, organisation of internal & external recruiting events, interview support if necessary)
- Creation of text blocks for social media, homepage, event flyers, etc.
- Documentation of events and activities

**YOUR PROFILE**
- Current studies in the field of communication design, marketing or comparable training
- Very good English skills
- Affinity for social media, communication and marketing
- Good expression and creative writing style
- Reliable, self-coordinated and efficient way of working
- Outgoing personality, positive charisma and enjoy working with our young, dynamic team
