We have openings in our Headquarters in Berlin and local Hubs in Leipzig and in the Ruhrgebiet

As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a key role in Circula’s success story, at the same time as growing your career in sales, laying the foundations for your own career development. You will work closely with your teammates in Sales and across the company, from Marketing to Partnerships, to turn strangers into excited customers.

**Reporting directly to the Head of Sales Development**:

- You identify and reach out to inbound leads from our database, to qualify opportunities for your Account Executive teammates
- You will research all necessary information about your customers having a better understanding of their pain points, offering Circula products as effective solutions to their problems
- You work closely with the entire Sales team, helping to continuously improve and optimize our sale strategy
- You collect customer feedbacks, sharing information with the internal teams, working to create the best buyers’ experience

Your Qualifications
- You are looking for a new challenge and motivated to develop yourself in Sales, either to grow further or kick-start your career
- You have at least 1 year of work experience in Sales, ideally in a B2B environment or working with customers eg. customer service, marketing, retail etc
- You are empathic, communicative, and have a talent for building relationships with customers
- You have very good German (C2) and English skills (C1), both written and spoken
- You actively listen to understand the needs of your customers, and are able to ask the right questions to find their pain points
- You are structured and organised, giving you the freedom to work independently to meet your goals
- You are a teamplayer, who believes that helping and supporting your teammates will bring success for everyone
- You are enthusiastic about new technology and interested in the future of work
