Immigration Co-ordinator

Crown Worldwide Group currently has an opening for an:
**Immigration Co-ordinator**

Location: Frankfurt, Germany

**Primary responsibilities**
- Coordinate activities with primary HR and/or Global Mobility Managers, Service Partners and assignees to collect corporate and personal documents
- Assist with required translation, legalization and apostille services as needed
- Provide regular client reports summarising service performance and assignee satisfaction
- Ensure compliance, processes and local documentation is kept up to date and take corrective actions where required.
- Summarize immigration complaints, issues, and escalations for reporting to senior management.
- Ensure timely follow-up with clients and customers to answer any questions and also verbally explain process and express any potential delays or concerns.
- Process all invoices and receipts in a timely manner.
- Manage and sustain a high average case load, while maintaining high quality work.

**Professional Skills & Qualifications**
- Strong customer service skills
- Attention to detail and workload management skills
- Ability to work independently
- Highly-developed written and oral communication skills with the ability to articulate at times complex legal issues
- Advanced skills in MS Office
- 2-5 years immigration experience
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Multiple language skills is a plus but English and German languages are a must
- Time management skills, including consistent performance under deadlines
- Ability to be a self-starter, work independently with limited supervision
- Ability to work across borders and time zones effectively
- Degree educated
- Experience working with government agencies preferred
