Synthetic Organic Chemist

Tasks
- Synthesis of dual color photoinitiators for R&D and production
- Characterization of small molecules (LC-MS, NMR)
- Characterization of photoactive compounds (UV-vis spectroscopy)
- Lab organization
- Work in a team of enthusiastic scientists

**Requirements**:

- B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in organic chemistry
- Experience in synthetic organic chemistry, especially small molecules
- Find joy in solving synthesis problems and learning new skills

What can be an advantage
- Worked with photoactive or light sensitive compounds
- Practical experience in 3D printing
- Good sense of humor
