**Senior Director (all genders) Business Excellence & Customer Experience BECX, Germany**
- We are looking for someone to take on this crucial and exciting position located in Hamburg, Germany as soon as possible.**Your core-tasks and responsibilities**:

- This role is responsible to lead and develop the BECX team and drive its success across the following 3 pillars:
**Business Partnership**: drive the planning, execution and analysis of brand performance and initiatives in close collaboration with BU AIR and CARE**Commercial Excellence**: run processes (Segmentation & targeting, territory alignment, Customer Engagement Impact Plan, SFE review, Bonus Scheme etc) and tools (BI, CRM) to plan and monitor our performance and engagement model**Digital Transformation**: co-build Chiesi Germany Digital Transformation roadmap and generate innovative business solutions in close collaboration with DTO, IT and all relevant functions- As Senior Director BECX you will play a pivotal role in shaping the organization’s success by ensuring exceptional customer experiences and driving commercial effectiveness. Your strategic vision and leadership will be critical in achieving business goals through customer-centric practices.
You are for example:
- Responsible for the development of the team and its talents in line with company goals and individual aspirations
- Chiesi Germany member of BET (Business Excellence Team) aimed at ensuring alignment between Global and local BECX initiatives and fostering best practice sharing across affiliates
- BECX primary point of reference towards all internal stakeholders, reinforcing crossfunctional collaborations and also external stakeholders, such as data providers, market research agencies, consulting companies
- Actively involved and contributing to monthly BRMs (Business Review Meetings) with Chiesi Germany Leadership Team and Region EU Top5
- Actively involved in shaping and contributing to the leadership community of Chiesi Germany and part of the german leadership team
- Responsible for promoting and living our shared value principles

**Your qualifications**:

- At least 7-8 years of professional experience in pharmaceutical industry, medical technology industry, life sciences industry, management consultancies in business functions (Business Intelligence, Marketing, Sales, Sales Operations, Customer Experience)
- Experienced in Human leadership in the context of cross-functional and international cooperation
- Skilled in Moderation of workshops and decision-making processes
- Excellent project management skills
- Comprehensive understanding of tasks, methods, tools and processes in the areas of CRM, BI, omnichannel campaigns and customer experience
- Fluent in English, German is a plus
- Strong analytical skills paired with human touch
- You are a solid networker and strategic thinker
- You have fun in your work, you like to drive things forward and have a proactive mindset
- You have strong communication and assertiveness skills
