- IN A NUTSHELLAs the Design Hotels portfolio continues to grow, the Head of Brand for the Americas will lead our efforts in enhancing brand presence and awareness, executing brand activations and campaigns, while strengthening Design Hotels’ relationship with brand stakeholders and portfolio in the region and ensuring global brand consistency.

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

**Regional Brand Strategy**
- Develop and implement global brand strategies and initiatives tailored to the AMERS market, ensuring alignment with the global brand vision.
- Work closely with the AMERS and global teams to identify opportunities for growing brand presence and initiatives specific to the AMERS market/audience
- Analyze market trends, and consumer/competitor insights to inform strategic decisions and identify new opportunities for brand growth.
- Identify key moments and collaborators for building on local brand presence and awareness
- Support with global campaign roll-outs on a regional level (i.e. Further, publications)
- Lead on regional owner initiatives (i.e. Originals’ Circle and culture programming) to help foster the AMERS owners’ community.
- Lead on SLT briefings for regional activations and hotel visits
- Support global brand team with local brand productions (i.e. MBO, editorial) to maintain global brand consistency

**Brand Communications**
- Integrate regional content into the global content calendar that highlights AMERS-specific stories and experiences and ensure consistency with the overall brand message (i.e. Journal and publications)
- Contribute to the global communication calendar with regional brand updates (i.e. member and internal communication)
- Work with commercial and creative teams to develop and maintain Design Hotels brand collateral.
- Coordinate and execute Design Hotels member events communication in collaboration with the in-house creative team (e.g. messaging, timelines, new channel implementation).
- Communications management of hotel member-focussed events (i.e. Originals’ Circle*) such as event brief, communications, and guest lists).
- Support with developing and managing local brand partnerships for activations and campaigns
- Identifying moments of regional media and PR relevance, and liaisng with the global PR team to maximise brand coverage

**Global Owner Communications**
- Oversee key brand messages including monthly Members’ Memo, Arena* communication, and quarterly updates from the senior leadership team.

**Event Productions**
- Utilize Asana to coordinate brand messaging, collateral and digital needs for events from HQ
- Lead organization and execution of regional brand events
- Manage guestlist and RSVPs as needed
- Execute whatspp group communication as needed
- Coordinate with partners and vendors to ensure smooth collaboration
- Create innovative ways to showcase the brand through experiences
- Effectively and precisely manage AMERS brand budget
- Oversee pre/post communication strategy
- Work with PR support for media exposure as appropriate
- Support with programming piece of sales events as needed
- Align efforts globally

**Degree / Experience**
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, marketing or related field
- 7+ years experience
- Marketing background
- Both agency and brand-side background strongly desired
- Languages: English, other languages a plus
