**What you'll do**
- Support planning and execution of learning offerings that help to foster our learning culture and and help to build the skills for the future for People & Operations
- Support review and design of role-based learning journeys for specific target groups
- Prepare and execute own small work packages in context of overall project
- Create and administer learning journeys on our internal learning platform
- Help with project administration, e.g. preparation of presentations and other communication material for segmented target groups
**What you bring**
- Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
- Preferred fields of study: Business Administration, Business Education, Psychology, or a related field
- Computer skills: Mastery of Microsoft Office - especially Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint, willingness to learn about SAP solutions
- Language skills: Fluent in German (written and spoken), Sound knowledge of English (team language is English)
- Soft skills: team player, quick learner, excellent ability to work effectively on own initiative, results-oriented and to structure owned tasks. Pro-active working style, not afraid of asking questions, good communication skills

The People and Operations Learning Team is responsible for defining and driving the learning strategy of the People & Operations Board Area of SAP.
