**"Be BIG" at Big Squadra by Big Mamma** We are looking for a Pizzabäcker for our Restaurant Giorgia in Weißenburger str.2, 81667 München PIZZABÄCKER: **OUR OFFER**: - Full time role - 2 consecutive days off per week - 25 days of holiday per year (Christmas period OFF: 24th, 25th, 26th December) - Permanent contract - Over hours are being paid monthly - Meal on shift - German Lessons offered at the restaurant - Employee discount in all our Big Squadra & Big Mamma restaurants - Referral scheme - 500 euro brutto when you refer a friend - Continuous trainings, team buildings and career opportunities - Geographical mobility in Europe - And much mooore **YOUR MISSION**: To bring the best Neapolitan pizza to Germany Our roles in the pizzeria as PIZZAIOLO OR BAKER (depending on experience): Responsible for dough preparation and quality according to our recipe Ensure quality and speed during service (approximately volume of 300 pizzas per day from dough to topping on exit) Coordinate the pizzeria team (5 people) and be responsible for transmission and training Participate in the creation of new recipes, ensure use of quality and seasonal products Experience wood-fired oven and large volume **YOU WILL BRING**: You are a great team player Your boundless passion for pizza,good products and tradition **You speak Italian or English, German is a plus** **A BIT MORE ABOUT BIG MAMMA**: Big Squadra by Big Mamma is an Italian group founded in 2015 by Tigrane Seydoux and Victor Lugger.
