Für unsere Abteilung Supplier Qualification EMEA in Göttingen suchen wir aktuell einen

**Medizinprodukteberater (m/w/d) für das Lieferantenmanagement**

(Vollzeit / unbefristet)

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung und Qualifizierungsüberwachung der Lieferanten in Europa, im Mittleren Osten und Afrika (EMEA) für CSL Plasma;
- Durchführung von papierbasierten Qualifizierungen (GxP/DIN ISO) für Lieferanten;
- Überprüfung der Umsetzung von Regularien sowie die Einhaltung von CSL Qualitätsanforderungen bei Durchführung von papierbasierten Lieferantenqualifizierungen;
- Verantwortlich für die Erstellung und Aktualisierung des Remote-Auditplans für alle Lieferanten;
- Ansprechpartner für alle Lieferanten (Dienstleister und Zulieferer) im Bereich EMEA;
- Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Teams in Bezug auf eine globale Lieferantenbetreuung;
- Erfassen und Bearbeiten von Beanstandungen sowie Durchführung von Risikoanalysen und deren Auswirkung auf den Qualitätsstatus des Lieferanten sowie auf die Qualität und die Sicherheit der gelieferten Materialien bzw. erbrachten Dienstleistungen;
- Elektronische Erfassung und Bearbeitung von Abweichungsmeldungen sowie Prüfung und Beurteilung der festgelegten korrektiven/präventiven Maßnahmen auf deren Wirksamkeit;
- Aktualisierung verschiedener Arbeitslisten zur tagesaktuellen Bereitstellung von Kennzahlen;
- Unterstützung bei Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Standard-Arbeitsanweisungen;
- Mitwirkung bei der Durchführung von Trainings und Workshops.

**Ihre Qualifikationen**:

- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in einem naturwissenschaftlichen, medizinischen und technischen Beruf mit Weiterbildung im Bereich Medizinprodukteberatung mit mindestens 1 - 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung;
- Erfahrung im Bereich Lieferantenqualifizierung;
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift (verhandlungssicher)
- Analytisches und lösungsorientiertes Denkvermögen sowie strukturierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise;
- Fähigkeit zur Beurteilung und Interpretation von komplexen Regularien
- Team
- und Konfliktfähigkeit sowie ausgeprägte persönliche und soziale Kompetenz;
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office-Standardsoftware;
- Weitere Fremdsprachenkenntnisse wünschenswert aber nicht Voraussetzung.
