- Supporting the department in interdisciplinary organisational projects with national and international scope
- Managing projects - from conception to implementation
- Independently developing possible/alternative courses of action and preparing corresponding recommendations
- Monitoring and coordinating deadlines with internal and external business partners
- Preparing strategy papers, project plans and presentations for the implementation of analyses, evaluations and events
- Actively monitoring project progress and milestones
- Managing individual project steps using relevant project management tools

- Degree in business administration or a comparable qualification
- Practical experience in project management is desirable
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Analytical skills and an affinity for numbers
- Strong comprehension skills and a goal-oriented work approach
