What makes you special

As Team Lead (M/F/d) Sales Development you are responsible for our Sales Development Team and promote the further development of your team and the continuous achievement of our sales goals with your expertise, motivation and above all fun. You will work closely with our Head of Sales.

These are your tasks
- You lead and develop our sales development team
- You build a strong sales culture and understand that the customer is the center of attention
- You achieve, together with your team, the set goals
- You develop lead generation strategies and implement them
- You work closely with the marketing and sales teams
- You identify ideal customers and key decision makers
- You are responsible for the data-driven analysis of processes to optimize conversion rates, time to sell, ARPA and other KPI's

What you have to offer
- You have at least 3 years of professional experience as a sales development representative and/or account executive in B2B new customer acquisition and at least 1 year of management experience of a B2B sales team
- You have successfully developed and built demand generation programs for inside and field sales organizations
- You have a strong analytical understanding as well as experience with relevant CRM systems such as Hubspot
- You have strong communication skills and work closely with your team, colleagues and clients
- You focus on qualitative interaction with potential prospects
- You have experience in building as well as developing a sales development team
