**Your tasks**:

- Planning and implementation of technical training and education in the training room, virtually and practically (on machines / equipment / simulation tools) according to the identified needs in close coordination with the corresponding customers
- Teaching technical and product knowledge, e.g. assembly, machine operation, maintenance, trouble shooting
- Training preparation (topics, required documents / equipment, travel organisation, etc.) as well as maintenance and updating of training equipment
- Performance assessment according to predefined standards
- Training follow-up, e.g. feedback, evaluations, documentation, deconstruction
- Incorporation of individual modules into training documentation

**Your profile**:

- Technical training in the field of electrics or mechatronics with further training as a master craftsman, technician or business administrator
- Several years of professional experience in a relevant position desirable
- Good knowledge of machine engineering and technology
- Very good command of English; further foreign language skills would be an advantage
- Strong teaching and communication skills as well as a decisive and open manner
- Resilient personality
- Willingness to travel 50%
