**Your role***:
The Talent Development Specialist will work closely with the Head of Talent Development and the Learning and Engagement Specialist.
He/she will be primarily responsible for supporting the implementation of a new digital performance and talent management platform and the development of the Company talent development program.
**MISSIONS**:
- **Platform Imple**mentation**: Support the Global Head of CSR & Talent Development in the implementation of HR technology solutions related to performance management, talent development, and engagement.
- **Performance Management**: Support the rollout and maintenance of performance review systems, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and facilitating a culture of continuous feedback.
- **Talent Development**: Assist the Global Head of CSR & Talent Development to deploy talent development initiatives, leveraging digital tools to enhance employee growth.
- **Data Analysis & Reporting**: Generate insights from platform data to measure effectiveness, identify trends, and support strategic HR decision-making.
**ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND COMPETENCES**:
- You have demonstrated 2/3 years successful experience in a similar role, preferably in a high growth /scale up/tech environment.
- You are based in Paris or Berlin and speak fluent English and French.
- You are pragmatic, discreet, enthusiastic, autonomous and with a positive and caring mind that helps you find solutions rather than issues
- You pride yourself with an inclusive and open mind, and enjoy working collaboratively with different teams from various cultural backgrounds with no bias.
