**What you'll do**
We are looking for a motivated and curious student (f/m/d) who wants to support our department. You shouldn’t be afraid to take up responsibility to solve a task independently and to assume a role in an international team.
Main tasks:
- Support product launch (commercialization and marketing activities)
- Market Research/Competitor Analysis/Trends/Collect information
- Support Customer Engagements
- Support Social Media activities (LinkedIn, Twitter)
Other additional tasks on demand:
- Support international events
- Development and support of new and creative concepts
- Media Production (Podcast and Videos)
- Support internal marketing activities
- Further involvement in IBU activities
**What you bring**
Currently we are looking for a student (f/m/d) of a university or university of applied sciences (FH), studying Business Administration, Economics, Web Design, Computer and Communication, Business Informatics, Media Design or Media Informatics or similar.
- Experience in digital collaboration tools like MS Teams, Zoom, Mural and Video editing program
- Ability to create creative and engaging presentations and concepts
- Experience with MS office like Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Basic knowledge with market research and analysis of trends
- Experience with Social Media channels
As a student in the IBU Retail we expect enthusiasm and passion for all what you do:
- Creativity, motivation as well as structured work

- Analytical skills and the ability to work conceptually
- Teamwork, communication skills and willingness to learn
- Reliability, accuracy & flexibility
- English fluently in speech and writing
