**Lenus is looking for a Junior Performance Marketing Specialist**

As our first Junior Performance Marketing Specialists based in Germany, you will be given the opportunity with the team to lay the groundwork for our German Paid Media processes. Do you want to work closely with the most prominent health and fitness coaches in Germany, supporting them with setting up, monitoring, and optimizing their paid advertisements contributing to making the world a healthier and happier place? **Who are we looking for?**

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across channels such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc. for your own portfolio of health and fitness coaches
- Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations to optimize campaigns
- Clearly communicate results, lessons learned, and future strategies to health and fitness coaches in your portfolio through reports and meetings
- Create detailed reports from our analytics and media platforms and translate the data into qualitative results
- Collaborate with the marketing team as well as our Key Account Managers to set and meet expectations
- Assist Key Account Managers and coaches with creative strategy

**Qualifications**:

- Knowledge or experience in planning, buying, and executing digital advertising campaigns
- Strong marketing understanding
- Fluent in German and capable of writing compelling copy
- Knowledge or experience in planning and advising on creative campaigns
- Strong analytical skills: Ability to analyze key metrics to optimize paid campaigns
- Knowledge of Facebook Business Manager
- Highly collaborative person, with the ability to partner with multiple teams and brand partners
