To support our international, diverse team, we are now looking for a Head of Embedded Products (m/w/x) Tasks At Alteos we believe you will make an impact in this position by.. - Taking responsibility for Alteos' embedded product offering which currently includes-Bike (with GPS), Rent Deposit, Electronics, Hearing-Aids with more exciting products currently in development - Building a unifying structure for all embedded products based on Alteos vision of easy and relevant customization by our partners; instant product deployment; and best products for our end-customers and partners - Conducting hands-on management of the full portfolio of broker products as well as having responsibility for the product manager(s) - Developing new product and security concepts with our sales partners, by combining insurance, assistance and prevention - Developing long-term product strategies and are responsible for building, monitoring and controlling the product portfolio - Advising the decision-makers during the introduction of new products - Working in close cooperation with technical product management for the development and implementation of new ideas - Designing and formulating insurance conditions and other legally relevant features of our insurance products - Communicating the work results and preparing decision templates - Evaluating the profitability, preparing business cases and validating the assumptions for product design - Working in close coordination with the Legal Department, ensuring quality legal compliance **Requirements**: Who are we looking for? We are eager to learn more about you if you.. - Have demonstrated ability to lead product development with many stakeholders - Bring demonstrated ability in agile planning - Have previous experience leading people is an advantage - Possess the ability to thrive in an agile and fast-paced environment - Bring with you at least five years of work experience as a product manager in the insurance industry - Have basic legal knowledge in applicable insurance law and know the VAG, VVG or IDD - Have good analytical and conceptual skills - Are customer-oriented and solution-oriented in your thinking and in your actions - Use an entrepreneurial, pragmatic and solution-oriented approach to shape your actions - Have a "start-up" mentality, in addition to also having a high degree of creativity,self-initiative and independence - Are technology-savvy and motivated to deal with legal and commercial questions of the digitization of insurance contracts - Have knowledge of data analysis tools, e.g. B.
