Junior Product Owner

Come and join us for a diverse and inclusive workplace and use “Tech for Good" As our Junior Product Owner, you’ll have the opportunity to support our growing fully cross-functional teams, which include Senior UX/UI Designers, JavaScript Engineers, and Python Engineers. This role is based in our Berlin HQ. Tasks - Assist in translating business goals into product features: Help define and break down features and product ideas into user stories and product requirements with guidance from senior team members. - Support in gathering and analyzing user feedback: Work closely with UX/UI Designers to assist in facilitating user research and gathering feedback from customers. - Communicate product vision: Help share the product vision, goals, and progress with both internal and external stakeholders, under the mentorship of senior product owners. - Prioritize tasks: Help assess trade-offs based on technical constraints, user impact, and business value, assisting in ensuring timely product delivery. - Collaborate cross-functionally: Work alongside software engineers, UX/UI designers, marketing, and sales teams to ensure smooth product launches and feature rollouts. - Monitor performance and assist in iterating: Assist in evaluating product performance using key metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and helping lead iterative product enhancements. Support in creating and maintaining product documentation: Ensure product requirements, user stories, technical specifications, and other documentation are well-documented and kept up-to-date throughout the development process. **Requirements**: - 1-2 years of experience in a product management or related role, ideally within an agile development environment, and preferably in a fast-paced organization. - A basic understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working with cross-functional teams. - Ability to learn and grow, with an interest in product development and a desire to build customer-centric products. - Some experience or eagerness to participate in user research and gathering feedback to improve product offerings. - Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas and collaborate with both technical and non-technical team members. - Familiarity with product management tools such as Jira, Miro, Figma, Notion, or similar platforms is a plus, but not required. - A keen interest in learning product metrics, key performance indicators (KPIs), and data-driven decision-making.
