Du verfügst über ein umfangreiches Wissen im Bereich Engineering sowie im Design von Telekommunikationssystemen und Telekommunikationsinfrastrukturstandorten über mehrere Märkte hinweg? Werde Teil unseres Teams als Head of Global Infrastructure Design (m/w/d) und unterstütze uns bei der Infrastrukturentwicklung von Vantage Towers Deutschland. In Deiner Rolle leitest Du ein Team zur Standardisierung und Modernisierung der Infrastruktur an den Vantage Towers Standorten. - Du leitest die GBT- und RTT-Standortinfrastruktur sowie die Designfunktion für Elektrik und Kühlung. - Du leitest ein Team von Ingenieuren aus verschiedenen Bereichen und Kulturen und entwickelst und implementierst eine Strategie für Technik, Design und Einsatz für die Standardisierung der Infrastruktur. - Du bist verantwortlich für die Entwicklung der Richtlinien der Gruppe "Guideline & Design Infrastructure". - Du entwickelst Standard-Infrastrukturkomponenten und stellst das Life-Cycle-Management sicher. - Du garantierst die bestehende Infrastruktur und optimierst die Eignung für künftige Designs zur gemeinsamen Nutzung der Infrastruktur und zur Verkürzung der Markteinführungszeit. **Das bringst Du mit**: - Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in der Fachrichtung Telekommunikationstechnik, Bauingenieurwesen oder vergleichbarem - Mindestens 10 Jahre einschlägige Erfahrung und umfassendes Wissen über Mobilfunktechnologien und deren Einsatz - Sehr gute Erfahrungen und Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Konstruktionsmaterial und -verständnis, Türme und Bauplanung - Führungsqualitäten sowie eine ergebnis - und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise und ein professionelles und sicheres Auftreten - Hohe Flexibilität und die Fähigkeit, unter strikten Zeitvorgaben und dringenden Projektanforderungen zu arbeiten - Fließende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C1 nach GER), Deutsch ist ein Plus Diese Stelle kann in Vollzeit oder vollzeitnaher Teilzeit (mind. 30 Stunden) ausgeübt werden. Wir besetzen die Stelle für Vantage Towers AG für den Standort Düsseldorf.
