**Your responsibilities**:

- As a Product Owner (M/F/d) for Test Automation you define and maintain a backlog for the test automation tasks for your team.
- Always keeping customer and quality goals in mind, you support in defining test concepts and plans.
- You handle estimations, planning and monitoring.
- You implement and optimize tool-chains and test environment.
- Regularly and proactively you align with other related teams as well as with the release and solution train teams.
- You monitor the project progress and manage risk and deviations.
- In addition, you actively seek for synergies and drive efficient cooperation in a distributed and international setup.

**Your profile**:

- You hold a university degree in computer sciences electronics or similar with several years of experiences as Project, Test Manager (M/F/d) and/or Product Owner (M/F/d).
- You have experience in agile software development, ideally in a SAFe environment.
- You have an excellent understanding of embedded systems and software architecture and deep knowledge in development methodologies (ASPICE, V-model, agile development).
- You have experience in requirements engineering, test process, test design and test automation of embedded systems, ideally in automotive AUTOSAR projects.
- You have experience in integration and verification on different levels, ideally ISTQB certified.
- In the domain of (vehicle) bus communication like CAN, Lin, FlexRay and Ethernet you have a wide knowledge.
- You know object oriented programming (e.g. Python, C++, Java).
- Your working style can be described as structured and precise and you are proactive, team-oriented and self-dependent.
- Your confident and solution-oriented appearance towards customers convince us.
- Your profile is completed by fluent communication skills in English, German is a plus.
