- In this role, which is mainly office based, you will have the following responsibilities:
- Development and manufacture of innovative products for our worldwide customers
- Development of specifications for hardware and HW / SW CoDesign projects and creation of circuit simulations for integrated high-voltage / mixed-signal circuits
- Verification of the development steps including documentation
- Participation in the creation of product concepts and architectures
- Support with acquisition, creation of system concepts and cost estimates
- Support in error analysis work and the continuous improvement of development methodology and tools
As the successful Analog Mixed Signal IC Designer you have the following skills and qualifications:
- Completed university degree in the field of electrical engineering, technical informatics or, if applicable, physics
- 3+ of experience in microelectronics development, preferably in a company in the semiconductor industry in IC design; Desirable in the automotive sector
- In-depth knowledge of analog circuit technology as well as the simulation of analog and mixed signal circuits up to the top level
- High methodical competence in the automotive development process, especially for the development of safety-relevant systems / devices as well as knowledge of digital circuit technology and verification as well as semiconductor processes, preferably CMOS, HV ‐ CMOS, BCD**Ane Bauer**:
