Our Talent Acquisition team is searching for a** (Senior) Tech** **Talent Acquisition Partner for a 12-month Fixed-Term Contract.** You will play a pivotal role in helping Moss attract and hire the right talent for our technical teams across all markets, mostly focusing on Engineering and Data positions.

**Your responsibilities**
- **Stakeholder management -**Develop healthy and sustainable relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and to provide support and guidance on their roles. Act as a business partner on all aspects related to hiring, onboarding and beyond.
- **Reporting & Process improvement**:

- deliver reports that showcase TA performance and insights. Examine interview and hiring processes, continuously identifying opportunities for experiments and improvements.
- ** Mentoring** - coach others on sourcing techniques and best practices, share feedback and learnings, as well as provide guidance and support to your peers to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
