**What You Can Expect**

Over the course of two years, you’ll get hands-on experience, be actively integrated into the day-to-day activities of your teams and gain a deep understanding of Siemens Energy. You'll rapidly build in-depth knowledge, discover solutions, and experience our business first-hand.

From day one, you will work on meaningful projects with three individually designed assignments, including one eight-month international assignment.

You will be paired with a dedicated mentor who guides you through immersive experiences, allowing you to shadow various roles and positions. This support system is designed to empower you to achieve your unique career goals while fostering substantial connections with peers and influential business leaders. Additionally, you'll gain access to a wealth of resources geared towards cultivating your professional growth.

As part of our team in global Manufacturing & Procurement and Supply Chain Management, you enable us to be sustainably productive with lean and digital processes in Manufacturing, Procurement, Order Management and Logistics. You play a crucial role in transforming our locations into lean digital lighthouse organizations with best-in-class SCM processes, standards, and scalable digital solutions.

**How You’ll Make an Impact**

As part of our Graduate Program, you are on the Siemens Energy team. You’ll share our purpose in energizing society by supporting customers with transitioning to a more sustainable world and will work on real global issues, creating solutions that directly make an impact.
- Drive process improvement and digitalization projects to develop & realize SCM concepts, technologies, and processes that sustainably increase productivity and performance.
- Initiate transformation projects to optimize the supply chain in the areas of procurement, order fulfilment, manufacturing and SCM.
- Collaborate with international and interdisciplinary teams to drive strategic SCM digitalization programs with a focus on digital logistics, RPA, and AI.
- Design harmonized processes and best practice SAP implementations and take a key role in transitioning to SAP S/4 HANA.

**What You Bring**
- Passion for Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, SCM, and/or RPA digitalization
- Knowledge & experience in Microsoft Power BI, SAP (Hana S4) systems’ modules (MM, SD, EWM, PP, MES) is a plus
- Significant practical work experience up to 36 months including knowledge from internships, working student activities or employment
- A master's degree or equivalent in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or Business administration
- Minimum of 3 months of international experience gained through studying or working
- Excellent English skills to work in a multi-cultural environment, flexibility, and mobility during the program
