Aufgaben

The Team Leader ensures the on-time, cost-effective, and qualitatively flawless assembly of electronic-mechanical components. With his team, they are an essential contributor for the delivery performance of Caresyntax and customer satisfaction.
- Plans and directs the assembly work, both on a day-to-day basis and with foresight.
- Focuses on driving safety, quality, and productivity.
- Develops, implements, and enforces operating methods and procedures designed to eliminate operating problems and improve product quality and revenue.
- Develops and recommends improvements of facilities, equipment, or procedures to improve safety, quality, and efficiency.
- Collaborates with other departments and team leaders to coordinate activities within and between departments.

**Supervisory Responsibilities**:

- Leads a team of up to 8 members in technical and disciplinary terms.
- Provides leadership, management, and motivation to attain high levels of employee achievement and retention.
- Accomplishes manufacturing staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.

Qualifikation

Education
- Electrician specializing in media technology, technician or engineer with bachelor's degree in media technology.

Experience
- min. 5 years of work experience in the assembly of electronic components
- min. 3 years of leadership experience in a comparable position.

Knowledge, skills, and abilities
- Up-to-date IT skills in MS-Office, web and database systems
- Written and spoken English/German working knowledge
- User experience of production planning and optimization processes (LEAN management)
