In your role as **Operational Excellence Lead - Hub Operations (M/F/d),** you will build the team that shapes how we run our hubs and reach the next level of operational excellence. You will work at the intersection of country and hub operations and regularly switch between a birds-eye-view and getting your hands dirty in the details.

**Job Description**:

- Build and lead a team of process owners and functional experts
- Define target states for the operations process landscape and align priorities with senior stakeholders
- Oversee the implementation and processes and follow up on operational performance together with the performance analysis team
- Launch continuous improvement initiatives and facilitate best practice sharing across departments

**Qualifications**:

- University degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or comparable
- 5+ years relevant work experience (incl. people management experience) in a fast-paced environment or a similar role
- Data-driven mindset and ability to synthesize abstract information into concrete recommendations
- Proven track record of end-to-end process definition, implementation and improvement
- Experience in stakeholder management and very strong communication skills.
