**You can expect the following**:

- Main responsibility for the monthly payroll in compliance with legal and operational requirements
- Advising employees on all aspects of tax and social security law
- Examination and preparation of statutory information, certification and reporting obligations to authorities and administrations
- Independent strategic and administrative support for the employee life cycle of a defined area of support
- Optimization of HR processes and freedom to proactively work on your own projects
- Assistance with analyses, statistics and data maintenance

**You bring along**:

- Successfully completed apprenticeship in human resources, social security or taxation or a comparable course of study
- Several years of professional experience in payroll accounting combined with a strong interest in administrative activities in human resources
- Sound knowledge of social security law and payroll tax law
- Very good knowledge of MS Office, ideally experience with Datev, MS Dynamics NAV and Persis
- Structured, independent and careful way of working
