**HV Solutions Corridor Projects -** NKT contributes to the “Energiewende” (energy transition) in Germany in several lots and contracts of the projects SuedLink and SuedOstLink awarded by 50Hertz, TenneT and TransnetBW.
Your primary task will be to ensure the efficient operations in Document Control & Project Administration of the Corridor Project. You work and support as Project Administrator and lead and develop the team colleagues to provide required services at a high-quality standard.
Specifically your tasks are:
- Define documentation standards / policies and processes for projects / tenders / departments
- Support tender and project execution teams with an efficient document management and control system.Support the Quality and Project Management office during Audits (internal and external)
-Collect lessons learned and different risks in the area of document management to continuously improve the current processes
- Ensure compliance with agreed document management systems while maintaining a continuous improvement process to ensure a high-quality standard of all documents produced
- Drive team performance to ensure deliverables are met in accordance with established contract, safety and quality requirements and ensure tasks are properly distributed within area of responsibility
- Ensure goals are met by monitoring work in own area of responsibility and provide improvement ideas as appropriate
- Analyze and assess issues and associated risks and implement corrective actions within own area of responsibility. Report to management along with suggestions for improvement
- Build and maintain customer relationships through fulfillment of deliverables.
- Provide guidance, coaching and support to colleagues and other team members on document control issues
**We are searching for **a Head of Document Control with at least 3 years of experience in documentation of complex (international) projects, preferably in relevant industries, teamleader experience is a plus, as well as bachelor’s degree in commercial, linguistic or technical field or comparable professional training
**Additionally, you should have**
- High reliability and ability to work well under pressure
- Team player with strong communication skills, able to work with all internal and external stakeholders
- Business fluent in English and German, both verbally and in writing
