**What part will you play?**
- You are driving an agile software development team by ensuring effective communication, exchange & collaboration
- To motivate and support highly skilled professionals to achieve best outcomes and increase their competence by providing constructive feedback regularly is one of your tasks
- You develop the software development team in regards of employee count, processes, tools and skills
- Represent software team towards other teams and stakeholders inside the company
- Bring in your experience and seniority by moderating software internal as well as discussions with product management and design experts
- With your Team you will monitor the project success closely and adapt to new challenges and requirements
- You will act as an interface between the operational development team and the units involved in the projects

**What you need to make real what matters.**
- You are having a Master degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- You have long-term years of profound technical domain expertise working as a development lead and/or SCRUM Master
- You have a track record in leading cloud solutions / software services developments along the IT and OT space, while cloud is being your second home where you can REST
- Your Operations and DevOps experience is a plus
- You are mastering the SCRUM and have experience using Jira and Git
- You are a team player and have ideally certifications within SAFe
- You are fluent in English and German language skills are a plus
