**Your mission**:

- Support the senior management & the team our CTIO area in all administrative and organisational matters.
- Act as a trusted point of contact for all team members.
- You will independently handle all administrative tasks as they arise and ensure that each employee in the department is provided with the necessary equipment.
- You will keep the appointment calendar of the department management up to date.
- Manage purchases in the area (SAP).
- You will coordinate business appointments, as well as events and look after our guests and applicants.
- You will be responsible for travel management, including travel expense reports and other settlements.
- In addition, you will be responsible for ensuring that the new employee is ready to start on the first day.

**Your profile**:

- Completed commercial vocational training or a comparable degree.
- Previous professional experience as an assistant.
- Excellent communication skills in German & English (oral and written), Spanish language skills are a plus.
- Very experienced in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Experience with SAP.
- Very organized and structured way of working.
- Stress-resistant.
- Strong service orientation and enjoy working in intercultural teams.
