Team Lead (m/w/d) Demand Planning

**Ihr Aufgabenprofil**
- Führung, Steuerung und Entwicklung der unterstellten Mitarbeiter:innen
- Kontrolle der Arbeitsprozesse, -abläufe und -ergebnisse unter Beachtung der einschlägigen Regelungen (z.B. gesetzliche und tarifliche Bestimmungen, Betriebsvereinbarungen, Arbeitsanleitungen)
- Durchführung der Mitarbeitergespräche im vorgegebenen Rhythmus
- Durchführung von Teambesprechungen im Verantwortungsbereich (z.B. zu Verfolgung der Fortschritte bei spezifischen Projekten)
- Bestandsmanagement und -überwachung sowie Festlegung von Richtlinien zur Nachversorgung der Verkaufshäuser
- Sicherstellung der optimalen Bereitstellung der Bestände in den Verkaufshäusern in Übereinstimmung mit den Geschäftszielen und operativen Einschränkungen wie Lagerkapazität, Logistik-/Transportbeschränkungen
- Optimierung von Bestandsmanagement-Prozessen durch Automatisierung

**Ihr Qualifikationsprofil**
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in BML, Logistik oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung idealerweise im Bestandsmanagement, Prozessmanagement oder Materialbedarfsplanung
- Geschickter Umgang mit Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
- Prozessorientierte und analytische Denkweise
