(Senior) Warehouse System Specialist

**What you can expect in this role**:

- As a (Senior) Warehouse System Specialist you will be the main contact person for robotic automation topics
- You are responsible for maintaining the automation system, monitoring the connection and capacity of robotics
- Also you conduct audits to uphold standards, providing documents to auditors, and develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure process quality
- Moreover you create change requests, implement new and adjust existing processes
- You also collect and analyze data for KPI calculation and planning purposes
- In this role you also create, maintain user and support in first or/and second level

**Your essential experience and education**:

- Several years of experience in Warehouse Management Systems or warehouse automation
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Curious and eager to learn with a pro-active attitude
- Availability for on-call duty in case of emergencies
- Basic knowledge in SQL and MS office
- Business fluent English and German skills
