**Your mission**:

- Understand all relevant rules and guidelines for food hygiene and safety.
- Ability to operate pilot scale food production lines from cultivation of fungal biomass to finished food processing.
- Capacity to handle raw and auxiliary material.
- Maintain a safe, clean and organized production environment.
- Stabilize the in-house production process according to KPIs in collaboration with colleagues in the team.

**Your profile**:

- Apprenticeship as a machine and production line operator in food technology (Ausbildung Maschinen
- und Anlagenführer Lebensmitteltechnik).
- Prior experience in machine operation of at least two years.
- Ideally have experience in the food production industry.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Capacity to work two-shift models.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English, both written and verbal, other languages are a plus.
- Demonstrate a growth mindset, showing an eagerness to learn, adapt, and take new challenges.
