Delivery Dispatcher

**We are happy to announce that Manifesto Market Potsdamer Platz is looking for delivery dispatchers with excellent organizational skills.**

**Manifesto is a sustainable cashless food hub that gathers local gastro entrepreneurs, artisans, and Michelin-recommended chefs in one exciting place.**
**Manifesto operates trendy food market at Prague Anděl and will open soon a flagship 'food hall of the future' in Potsdamer Platz, Berlin.**
**Manifesto combines dining experiences with entertainment, educational, cultural, and lifestyle events to transform places into memorable destinations.**

**You will**:

- Operate the online ordering system for our delivery service.
- Prepare and package food and drinks.
- Hand over orders to couriers.

**For this job you need**:

- Ideally, previous experience in a similar job, though full training is offered.
- Good communication skills, a pleasant demeanor and a pro-customer approach.
- The ability to be a strong team player.
- Excellent personal presentation, hygiene and grooming standards.
- A cheerful and positive demeanor.
- The trustworthiness to be 100% relied on.
- The ability to work well under stressful conditions.
- To be available to work a flexible schedule.
- To work on your feet for 8-12 hours, with breaks in between.
- You have a good command of the English and/or German language.
- To respect Manifesto’s COVID rules.

**Job conditions**:

- 3-5 shifts per week: 9am-5pm, 12pm-10pm and 6pm-2am.
- A full-time or part-time employment contract.
- To be considered for this role, you should have a right to work in Germany. We do not provide relocation services.

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Betreiben Sie das Online-Bestellsystem für unseren Lieferservice.
- Zubereiten und Verpacken von Speisen und Getränken
- Übergabe von Aufträgen an die Kuriere.

**Voraussetzungen**:

- Idealerweise sollten Sie bereits Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Tätigkeit gesammelt haben, auch wenn eine umfassende Schulung angeboten wird.
- Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, angenehmes Auftreten und eine kundenorientierte Einstellung.
- Sie sind ein starker Teamplayer.
- Hervorragendes persönliches Auftreten, Hygiene und Sauberkeit.
- Ein fröhliches und positives Auftreten.
- Sie sind zu 100 % vertrauenswürdig.
- Sie arbeiten auch unter Stressbedingungen gut.
- Sie sind bereit, nach einem flexiblen Zeitplan zu arbeiten.
- Sie können 8 bis 12 Stunden auf den Beinen sein, mit Pausen.
- Sie respektieren die COVID-Regeln von Manifesto.
- Sie beherrschen die englische und/oder deutsche Sprache gut.
