Summary We are looking for an "Accountant & FI Specialist (f/m/d)" for the "Accounting Operations" department at the Ulm location as soon as possible. Within the finance organization, the Accounting Operations department is responsible for preparing the individual financial statements of our German companies in accordance with HGB and IFRS, as well as the necessary operational posting processes in general ledger and subledger accounting (accounts payable, accounts receivable, asset and bank accounting). In addition, the team is responsible throughout the Group for the continuous improvement and assurance of uniform specifications, processes and guidelines in the area of responsibility for operational accounting. Your Tasks - Significant collaboration in the preparation of the monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements of the individual companies (HGB and IFRS) as well as collaboration in the consolidated financial statements (IFRS) of the HENSOLDT Group - Responsible for the overall coordination of the closing process (individual closing) and ensuring timely completion, including the management of all departments involved as well as the implementation and documentation of the monthly release meetings - Contact person for accounting issues and their implementation in SAP (posting logic, adjustment of chart of accounts) as well as the development of very complex posting processes - Cooperation in the area of SAP finance / support of the SAP FI-module (finance) (optimization of the relevant processes in close cooperation with IT and the SAP key user, presentation and development of complex booking processes) - Continuous (further) development and assurance of uniform specifications, processes and guidelines for group accounting - Interface to the finance contact persons of the various international group companies, controlling and IT Your Profile - Completed degree in economics, business administration or comparable - Several years of professional experience in a comparable area of responsibility at an international company in group accounting according to IFRS and HGB - Excellent SAP-FI (SAP R/3) knowledge.
