To strengthen our Global team in Basel (CH) or Plankstadt (Germany) we are looking as soon as possible for an Junior Marketing Communications Specialist 100% (m/d/w) Basel - Plankstadt - ASAP - Full-time - Permanent Main activities and responsibilities - Planning, organizing and execution of external tradeshows and internal events (Establish lists, manage registrations, organize shipment, communicate to the CPI Team) - Supervision and organization of corporate marketing materials (e.g. inventory, production of brochures, booth panels and promos for tradeshows/events) - Support the editing and proof-reading of various marketing content & designs for different channels/tools (e.g. power point, website, intranet, newsletters, brochures, social media etc.) - Help to maintain website, intranet and social media channels - Support and maintain power point presentations for internal and external - Help with the teams’ daily business and processes to maintain the corporate brand Your Profile - Bachelor's degree/federal diploma or equivalent in marketing communications - 1-3 years working experience in a similar position (life science industry experience a plus) - Superior organization skills with attention to details and the ability to work at multiple projects at once and shift priorities as needed - Excellent command of the English language (spoken and written), any other European language a plus - Creative, dynamic, open-minded person who is interested in growing knowledge and experience in marketing communications - Excellent team player with the ability to work also independently in a cross-functional environment - Sound ability to learn technical & digital platforms - Tools: Office 365 programs (word, power point, excel, outlook), some knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator & Indesign a plus, basic understanding of social media channels.
