**Holiday Advisor**

Interval International is a global leisure company with a network of over 3,200 resorts in over 80 countries and offers high quality accommodation and leisure products through its offices in 13 countries.

**The Job**

As a holiday advisor your primary responsibility will be to handle incoming calls from Interval International’s membership base and fulfilling their holiday requirements through the promotion and selling of our leisure products. Responsibilities will include:

- Identifying the “holiday experience” required by our members and aligning availability to that experience, offering similar alternatives where necessary.
- Promoting all company products and services to maximize sales opportunities.
- Processing bookings.
- Making outbound sales calls to membership data base.

**The Person**

To be successful in this role highly developed **_sales_** and **_customer_**_ service_** skills are a pre-requisite. In addition, you will have:

- Fluent Hungarian, German and English language skills /additional eastern European languages are welcome.
- Good communication skills.
- An excellent telephone manner.
- First class influencing skills.
- Sales and/or call centre experience; travel industry sector experience is desirable.

**The Hours**
- 40 hours per week.
- Monday to Friday working the hours of 9.00am - 6.00pm (includes a 60-minute unpaid lunch break)
- This will be a permanent work from home role.

**The Package**

**Salary**: EUR 30,000 per annum
- Incentive: Circa EUR 6,000 per annum but is uncapped so could earn much more
- Benefits: Free holiday accommodation*; 25 days holiday rising to 30 days.
