**Job Description**:

- You will be responsible for daily reconciliation, settlement and security transaction processes to actively contribute towards flawless financial services
- You will coordinate detailed security event analyses to set the foundation for problem solving and decision making
- You will be responsible for communication with our external partners for clearing and settlement as well as stock exchanges to ensure smooth processing of transactions
- You will develop scalable processes and collaborate with internal teams to support the fast-paced growth of our business
- The focus of the task is the settlement of securities transactions on national and international stock exchanges in shares, bonds, ETF, funds and others
- You will be responsible for the settlement of nominal, unit or block orders
- You will be responsible for the supervision of issuing and paying agent activities and the clearing of XONTRO, XETRA and OTC transactions
- You will take over the depository management of national Clearstream Frankfurt and international Clearstream Luxembourg depositories incl. settlement of corporate actions
- You will cooperate with third-party custodians and external brokers

**Qualifications**:

- You successfully completed a banking apprenticeship or a Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or equivalent
- You gained fundamental experience in securities services, brokerage or asset management; prior involvement in a bank’s middle or back office is a plus
- You are knowledgeable about securities and banking processes, such as corporate actions, securities transfers, on-exchange trading and settlement
- You already worked in a time-sensitive environment and proved that you are able to balance competing priorities while maintaining high quality standards
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- You are fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
