**Als Empfangsmitarbeiter sind deine Aufgaben**:

- die Betreuung und Beratung unserer Gäste
- Check-in und Check-out der Gäste
- Conciergeservice zur Unterstützung unserer Gäste
- das Durchführen von Tagesabschlüsse und ihrer Kontrolle
- das Erstellen von Statistiken

**Du bist der ideale Kandidat, wenn Du**:

- bereits im Kundenservice oder am Front Office Erfahrungen sammeln konntest
- keinerlei Herausforderung mit den gängigen MS Office-Programmen hast
- gern im Team arbeitest und dazu sehr kommunikativ bist
- durch deine Umgangsformen einen bleibenden Eindruck bei Menschen hinterlässt
- ein Sprachtalent in Englisch und Deutsch bist
